This exercise is a real positive tool to add to your toolbox of resistance bands/ ArmPro Bands workouts. The kneeling shoulder press can be a tremendous asset to any softball player. It is a great shoulder exercise that does not put additional overhead stress on the shoulder complex like an over head press does.This shoulder exercise with ArmPro Bands is also an awesome way to involve core stability and balance.This is an exercise that contains a ton of different skills that are very specific to a softball players needs. When performing this shoulder exercise it is easy to also move right from a kneeling press to a kneeling rotational movement to really target the core.

Shoulder strength and shoulder care is very important for softball players.Performing shoulder exercises and a variety of shoulder workouts is essential for softball players for injury prevention.The shoulder is way more functional and complex then most people realize and therefore intensely subjected to injury because the shoulder muscles are activated in almost every movement. It is very common to hear that someone tore their rotator cuff or hyperextended their shoulder because of the complexity of the muscles in the shoulders.
